This completely new type of retractable base system has both a retractable Velcro attachable fabric banner and optional full graphic banner available in one common 35.5” wide x 8.5” deep x 5.5” high black base unit. There are three assembly choices. The R-1 is a fully enclosed heavy-duty base. All fabrics and graphics retract for shipping.
