The unique profile of this retractable banner stand is created by powder coated steel end plates supporting an anodized aluminum graphic tube. Its available in two colors, black and silver, 4 widths, 24”, 36”, 48”, 60”, single or double sided. Replacement Banners are user replaceable and can be purchased anytime without needing to ship the hardware. The top and bottom of the banner attach to the hardware with Velcro so field sales people can change their own banners and reuse previous ones. The three section telescoping pole can be set for any banner height from 36” to 96” (96” is taller than any other stand unless you buy additional pole sections). Infinite height adjustment means flexible design specs for multiple usable heights within the same banner so it can be used both on the floor and on a table top, low ceilings or high. And here is a feature unique to this stand: the retractor mechanism works like a window shade, locking in place when rollup motion stops. This means the unit can be hung on walls or from ceilings and used without the pole (special brackets required). The unit comes with a black carry bag and is shipped in a reusable cardboard box. One last feature, because our product is US made (including the large format printing required for the banner), all the steps taken in its manufacturing conform to US standards for pollution controls. So this US choice is also the Greener choice.

Why Promote “USA Made”?

Benchmark put together this “USA Made” retractable banner stand option because bad economic news is everywhere. Our government is working hard to turn things around but if they start restricting imports they will be risking “trade wars” and that’s a bad idea. Trying to change complex and entangled International trade agreements according to good times or bad just won’t work. On the other hand, if U.S. citizens and corporations freely change their buying habits, preferring US made products, that’s just “the market” doing what it does best: allowing individual’s free choice and responding to demand. So maybe its time “we” reconsider how we make our choices. Maybe corporations and organizations should back off thier requests for our government to decide who is too big to fail or who should buy what. Maybe if instead, we all take more responsibility and start stepping up, our government will have less need to step in. Let’s be honest, US trade deficits aren’t created by our government’s choices. They’re created by our citizen’s choices, one at a time, day after day.

Our interest in promoting “USA Made” isn’t about disliking foreigners or their products. But then selling low priced goods made with cheaper labor isn’t about loving foreigners either. Our interest is to respond to the incredible events of late and make sure we’re doing what we can for the “Community” that has provided us with so much. Sharing is one thing. Undermining the ability to have something worth sharing is another.
