The biggest differences are thinner end plates, lack of the push button for banner changes, less attractive finish, and lack of the tapered chrome tip on the pole for durability and ease of setup, and wider selection of sizes to choose from. Comes with black padded carry bag.

Lights come with their own carry bag and attach with a convenient. Both will strap to the main unit for transport (one light per bag). 75W unit $170. 50W unit $167. If you want a lighted unit, the ExpoPro got it right.
