Hanging matched mural panels on a Vision is simple because the design drops the panels into the correct locations when you hang them. Everything for a VISION 10ft display packs into a single case. These cases are extremely well made. They are blow molded, which creates a higher grade plastic than rotomolded cases. Lights pack in the lid with foam liners.

Construction Details
Channel Bar Construction
Channel bars are formed from steel. Hinges connect 3 sections to reduce the number of pieces you handle. The hinges have openings that snap on to the frame hubs. The design makes setup easy and locates panels accurately. Vertical alignment is accomplished with channel bar pins along the top of the unit. Two strips of _” AB magnets on the channel bar face accept the opposite polarity magnets from the panels which provides a quick easy horizontal alignment of the panel. Optional lights slide into tops of channel bars.
Hub Construction
Hubs are made of Polycarbonate (bullet proof - literally) plastic and all the struts are held in place by a single screw. The Stabilizer is machined aluminum and has no parts that break.
Frame Construction Materials
Frame scissors are made out of aluminum “Circle in Square” extrusions, heat treated, anodized, and clear coated. The Circle in Square profile is a unique design element. It strengthens each shaft by putting more metal in the corners making struts that have superior resistant to bending and breaking. (See Illustration) Scissors are riveted together. There are two type of scissors. One type is with the rivet in the middle to create the vertical (straight) structure. The second type has the rivet off center to create the horizontal curve structure of the frame.
Hanger Bars
Vision hanger bars have simple notches at each end that give you an easy view of the pin when you hang them. This pin and bar combination provides the vertical location of the panel. Combined with the locating feature of the opposing polarity panel and channel bar magnets means your matched panel mural is lined up right from the start.

Lights

External Shelf UnitsExternal shelves can be placed almost anywhere on the face of a Vision configuration. Each of the channel bars has slots along their length that accept Vision shelf brackets. Two brackets then hold a shelf across the panel either flat or at an angle. Shown here on a flat tower configuration, the shelves are pitched at an angle that would help display literature.
