Our SNAP! pop-up display system is based on a modular design. The same structural parts can be combined to make many different configurations designed to attract attention at tradeshows, conventions and exhibits. It combines strength, reliability, style and ease of use. It has several unique advantages over other similar portable displays making it simpler to use. First, Rare Earth Neo Magnets snap the symmetrical channel bars into place. Symmetrical channel bars mean you don’t have to figure out top from bottom, just hold them close to the hubs and SNAP - they jump into place. The locking/location system, the pieces responsible for locking the frame in an expanded position, work the same way, making the system one of the quickest and simplest to erect and take down, No parts to break or hinges to fail. SNAP! systems can be configured many different ways, from basic tabletop kits to full 20’ long displays, curved or straight, single or double sided. Combine SNAP with breathtaking, virtually seamless graphic mural panels and you will present a bold memorable message to your customers and prospects.

Channel Bar Construction
Channel bars are an aluminum extrusion with ABS plastic caps. The caps are the same at both ends and contain rare earth neo magnetic buttons that mate to matching magnetic buttons on the frame hubs. This arrangement makes setup quick and easy, with accurate locations creating a rigid structure. The magnet on the face of the channel bar is 1” wide and is attached with an adhesive back. The panel magnets are _” wide and have the opposite polarity. This polarity difference locates the panel horizontally again allowing easy accurate panel locations for mural panels.
Hub Construction
Hubs are made of ABS plastic and can be changed out with the removal of 2 or 4 screws depending on the location. Notice the green locator. It works with magnetics like the channel bars for easy setup. Top hubs have a dove tail on top to accept our lights using the universal clamp. Each frame utilizes 3 different hubs: Top, middle and bottom. Top hub has a dove tail on it to accept the lights and only 1 magnet for channel bar attachment, the middle hub has two magnets for channel bar attachment and the bottom hub is the same as the middle but it only contains 1 magnet for channel bar attachment.
Frame Construction Materials
Frame scissors are made out of anodized and clear coated aluminum extrusions. The diameter of the scissor tube is 12mm and the wall thickness is 1.2mm. A scissors is made of 2 tubes approx. 763 mm long and are attached by an aluminum pressed rivet with a nylon washer between. Scissor connect to hubs via screws. There are two types of scissors. One type is with the rivet in the middle (straight) to create the vertical structure for straight and curved frames and the horizontal structure for straight frames. The second type has the rivet off center to create the horizontal structure for the curved frame.
Hanger Bars
Snap! hanger bars utilize a simple molded receiver (green) that locates the panel in the correct vertical position. This combined with the locating feature of the opposing polarity panel and channel bar magnets means your matched panel mural is lined up right from the start. The top frame hubs contain recessed pins the receivers hang on. This arrangement means that, from the front, there is no visible hanger so your graphic maintains that seamless appearance top to bottom.
Display Lights
Two 200W lights are included in the basic pop-up display package. If you are in a competitive situation wanting to be noticed, lighting can be just the edge you’re looking for. Research shows that people’s attention is drawn to the brighter things in their field of vision. If you have a light on your graphic and your competitor doesn’t, you’ll be the one your prospect sees first. Two challenges in using display lights is attaching them to your display and packing them safely for transport. SNAP addresses both issues. The top hubs have a light hanger with a dove-tail fitting. Lights simply slide on and off for use, yet virtually invisible if you decide not to use your lights. The case lid provides the storage. Custom cut-outs in a foam block accept 2 lights and cords.
