Ever wish you could have a powerpoint or video presentation running in your booth to attract prospects and help deliver your message. How about having the demo you’re running also visible to passersby on a separate monitor on your Pop Up. Or maybe you wish you could show images from your digital camera and have them run like a slide show. Wish no more! Benchmark’s new Pop up Monitor bracket makes it happen for monitors up to 19” (12lbs). Use it in combination with conventional large format still images for greater impact. The beauty of the system is that it works with an existing Pop up and packs in normal pop up cases. A custom trimmed graphic panel or velcro accepting fabric panel (panel modifications add $50 to new panel price) makes the monitor appear as an integral part of your pop up back wall. This conserves precious floor space and limited counter space. The strategy is so space efficient you can even use it in a 10x10 exhibit booth. And you can design your graphic panels with and without the monitor so you can switch back and forth at will. The innovative design means you can position the monitor in quite a few locations. Unsightly cords go behind the Pop up panels. Product will not fit all Pop up hardware. Call to find out if it fits yours.

A note about this strategy
Hanging weight on the front of a pop up results in a less stable situation than you are accustomed
to. Our testing tells us not to recommend anything more than a 19” monitor for that reason. The
bracket can handle larger screens but the whole display tipping forward becomes a liability. The
most stable position is in the center. Monitors on the outside panels are best being below the
maximum weight. The monitor shown above is 10lb.

It will if your monitor conforms to a 100mm X 100mm 4 inch square hole pattern) or 70mm X 70mm (2 _ inch square hole pattern) VESA standard (Video Electronics Standards Association). VESA is an industry standard for mounting hardware. The standard refers to the hole pattern on the back of the monitor that accept mounting screws.
I need a monitor. Can you suggest one?
We don’t sell monitors but Toshiba has a nice 19” with DVD player unit (model # 19LV505 available at Best Buy) It is compatible with the VESA 100x100 mount, falls within the weight range (12.32lbs), has a PC input for a monitor cable (as well as HDMI for you propeller heads). Here is a link to Toshiba's site for details. With the DVD in the monitor you can pre-record content, work with the remote, and leave your computer at home.
Note – We looked for a unit with an onboard SD card. Panasonic seems to be the only one with the license and they do not make sets small and light enough.
Monitor Cable
Most PC laptops have a monitor out jack in the back.
They allow the laptop to drive both the on-board display
