About Templates
To help your design process, we have created Adobe Illustrator/ PDF files that have all the dimensions and trims built into them for your particular job. Your designer should be able to open one and immediately start creating art rather than spending design time setting things up and double checking a specifications list. When we receive notice of your purchase we will email you a Template for the panels you have ordered.

Hard Copy Proof
The panel price includes one hard copy proof, recorded at 20% of size, on the same Lambda Flex media that your final panels will be imaged on. Assuming your files are complete and run trouble free, we will ship the proof 48 hours after receiving your files using UPS ground. (3 days to most places in the Continental U.S - less if you are close to Chicago).

New or Unlisted Booth
Most of our production systems can apply to an unlisted booth. We just have to be a little more careful and have a little more time. Booth panels have a number of components which must all match to be right:

Panel Dimensions - These must be accurate to within 1/16" to produce the right "curve" (or lack of curve)

Hanger Bars - There are a number of sizes and designs even though they look a lot alike. But the panel won't hang correctly unless they are correct.

Magnets - The back of the panel uses one of 3 different types of magnets. And, once again, use the wrong ones and the panels won't stay where they belong.

The best means of accommodating all these variables is to ship us your booth with the existing panels. This way we can be responsible for all the measurements, use your existing hanger bars (or provide new ones if it turns out we have a match) and test the magnets so we know which ones are needed. This will also give us the right information to supply you with a design template. We will do all this at no additional charge but it can take up to 4 additional work days. When

PMS color matches
We run a fully color managed system but, as you may know, all process color mixing systems produce different results for specific PMS colors. Our systems native color space is Adobe RGB. But for best results in PMS color matching leave your colors as named spot colors from your programs color pallet and request a PMS substitution for $50. Our techs will substitute the correct values in your file to get closest to your choice. If you have a CMYK color mix that has gotten you close to a match on an offset job please do not assume that it will work with our Lambda. Lambdas are CMY printers and produce quite different results. You can use Pantone's "solid to process guide" swatch book to differentiate which color might matches from those that will most likely fail.

Scans or Retouching
Our staff is quite capable of sophisticated retouching and image corrections if you need help. We also offer high res scans from film to create the large files backwall art demands. Contact our sales team for details on these services.
