Delivery Time
The basic steps involved in creating your new pop up display replacement panels are:
- Producing your proof
- Delivering the proof to you
- Your approval time
- Panel Printing and Finishing
- Panel Shipping
Producing Proofs
Within 48 hours of receiving your files (assuming your graphic files are complete and run trouble-free), we will produce your hard proof and have it ready for your review.
Option: you can choose to reduce the time required to produce your proof by selecting the Next Day Proof Production option for an additional fee.
Shipping Proofs
We will ship the proof using UPS ground. (3 days to most places in the Continental U.S). There is no charge for this service
Option: for an additional fee, you can choose to reduce the time required to ship your proof by selecting the Next Day Proof Delivery option.
You can also choose our PDF Proof Delivery via Email option. Before selecting this option, you should read more about the limitations of PDFs as a proofing method.
Proof Approval Time
Be sure to allow time in your project schedule for review and approval of your proof. How much time you will require will depend on you. Benchmark requires a signed proof ticket be returned before final work on your project can begin.
Be sure to allow time in your project schedule for review, corrections, and approval of your proof. No one plans mistakes but they do happen. Careful review of the proof we provide is the best way of avoiding them so be sure to leave time to make sure you get what you want.
Panel Printing and Finishing
Once we receive your proof approval we start production on your ready to hang graphic panels. Our standard production time is 7 working days in-house.
Option: you can reduce the time required to produce your final panel(s) by selecting the 5-day Rush or 3-Day Rush option. These services are available for an additional fee.
Panel Shipping
The preferred shipping method used by Benchmarking Imaging & Display is UPS Ground. This site offers you tools to help you estimate the shipping time and cost from Benchmark to your location.
Option: UPS offers expedited shipping for an additional cost.
What to expect and what to do if you need it "yesterday".
The standard production steps yield a 3 week start-to-finish production schedule from file upload to arrival of your finished graphics (less if you live close to Chicago).
As noted above, shorter schedules can be accommodated for an additional charge.
